LEO Pharma, the den
Intranet portal

We like a challenge at Team Fresh and were excited to support LEO Pharma in the lead up to the launch of a new product. We built a multi-purpose SharePoint portal, critical to providing training and insight to enable a world-class salesforce. After meeting client IT specifications and building permission-specific access for compliance, the den portal was built in just 12 weeks, soon becoming a roaring success, and was extended to five additional teams in less than a year.

GMCS –
Change management

We devised a communications strategy and creative design to engage employees in what was an important but dry and complex process change. A combination of tonal, cheerful colours, simple iconography, clean layouts, and white space allowed for easy reading and quick understanding. Within three months, 90% of impacted employees had adopted the change with few issues raised, confirming the communication had been effective.

2050 Sustainability –
ESG Campaign

Engaging employees in sustainability strategy can be tricky, with complex issues and ambitions that stretch well into the future. Clear, concise messages that everyone can get behind are key, supported by powerful creative. Fresh helped Mondelēz International inspire its employees in just three weeks, with an interactive infographic and video to fully inform, engage and activate.

EVORA Global –
Rebrand

Sustainable Commercial Solutions (SCS) – a leading sustainability consultancy for commercial real estate – approached us for a full rebrand. They wanted to change their name, their logo and their tone of voice, moving from the colours and descriptors traditionally used by the sustainability sector, to a distinct brand personality that embodied all the factors of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG).

User First –
Change management

One of our experienced change consultants acted as global lead on User First, a three-year global strategic programme designed to provide colleagues with next generation IT support. The change was successfully implemented, and feedback showed this had enabled better productivity and collaboration across the business, as well as an improved user experience with faster and smarter resolution of IT issues.

Amazing People –
Employee engagement

We supported our client in delivering this engagement programme focusing on skills development, recognition and wellbeing. We devised the communications strategy, then created a visual identity and collateral that immediately conveyed people-centricity, engaging colleagues across multiple countries and cultures. An engagement score of 76 was recorded in the next employee survey– an increase of three versus benchmark. 

P@TH –
Change management

Fresh partnered with Mondelēz International over an 18-month project to embed a self-service culture and successfully launch Workday to 80,000 colleagues around the globe. COVID required an agile approach, and our consultant was on hand to advise on strategy, as well as delivering the communication plan. Copywriters produced jargon-free content and our studio created an engaging persona-based identity, plus a suite of tools for global roll-out.

Purpose Day 2020 –
Internal communications

We provided creative design on this employee communications campaign, with the ambitious target of mobilising tens of thousands of colleagues behind the company’s Purpose. With COVID, most activities were virtual while still maintaining a feeling of ‘togetherness’ and community, brought to life through engaging collateral. We developed an identity and produced  infographics, videos, gifs, digital posters, yammer cards, toolkits and templates.

Ping MFA – a cloud-based multi-factor authentication tool

We helped Mondelēz International (MDLZ) with a critical behaviour change campaign designed to protect the MDLZ environment and employees’ personal data against malicious activity and comply with GDPR and other regulations through the introduction of Ping MFA – a cloud-based multi-factor authentication tool. Our campaign had to overcome deeply held employee sensitivities about a previous MFA tool which hadn’t gained traction.
