THE CHALLENGE

Amazing People is Mondelēz International’s engagement programme focusing on areas such as skills development, recognition and wellbeing.

 

They asked us to devise a communications strategy for the programme. And a visual identity and collateral that would convey people-centricity and engage colleagues across multiple countries and cultures. The goal was to increase the engagement score from the previous year’s employee survey.

FRESH APPROACH

We grouped activities under four pillars and gave each a different colour and icon. These pillars were reflected in the logo and used to badge communications and activities.

 

We used this design scheme across all collateral and events to keep the Amazing People programme front of mind and create a familiar identity that resonated across different cultures.

 

To reach Mondelēz International’s diverse, global workforce, we used a range of digital channels, virtual events and local, in-person activities.

OUTCOMES

In the next employee survey, the engagement score was three points higher than the previous year.

 

Mondelēz International maximised return on investment by focusing our time on the strategy, creative, content and key deliverables. While most of the activities were delivered by their learning and development team and local employee groups.
