THE CHALLENGE

User First is Mondelēz International’s three-year, global programme to provide next-generation IT support for colleagues.

 

This strategic programme was broad and ambitious in scope, including streamlining a complex operating model and multi-faceted processes, and improving tools and functionality. They asked for our expert help in securing engagement and adoption for this potentially dry subject matter.

FRESH APPROACH

One of our experienced change consultants acted as global lead, providing guidance to a range of senior stakeholders, and developing and delivering a change and communication strategy. This included identifying and assessing impacts on the organisation, people, processes and technology. And applying interventions to help implement and sustain a new way of working.

 

We applied our client’s change framework and, to drive engagement and adoption, facilitated audience participation. Deliverables included videos, infographics and chatbot demos. And we tailored communications and learning activities for a range of channels.

OUTCOMES

The change programme was implemented successfully. And feedback showed it enabled better productivity and collaboration across the business, and an improved user experience with faster, smarter resolution of IT issues.
