Work: I joined Fresh following a 25-year career in the fast-paced world of Formula One motor racing, where I helped my teams win nine World Championships! I spent a decade as Head of Internal Communications for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One team. And have also built experience across a wide variety of roles in finance, IT, technical operations, PR and more. My passion is helping organisations build engagement, teamwork and high performance. And I’m enjoying working from home and experiencing agency life after previously always working in house.
Special talent?
I’m fluent in Russian after spending four years living and working in Moscow in the early 1990s.
Best place you’ve ever visited?
Trekking in the Tian Shan mountains in Kyrgyzstan. The sky at night was the most incredible sight.
What inspires you?
My sisters and my wonderful female friends.
Favourite pastimes?
Yoga, taking long walks in the countryside near my home and spending time with my family.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
