    Fresh Communications implemented an Intranet site for the global Integrated Supply Chain at Mondelēz International. The site has enabled the Integrated Supply Chain to communicate to about 30,000 employees that we would not otherwise have been able to get key messages to. It has allowed us to celebrate our successes, share best practices, and align on key business initiatives. It is a very visually appealing site and fit for purpose. It was done at very reasonable cost, within our corporate guidelines, and they were flexible with us as our requirements and timeframes changed. The implementation was excellent, and the training and documentation they provided us enabled us to maintain and frequently update the site on our own. We had some follow-up questions shortly after implementation, and Fresh provided prompt and complete responses. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Fresh on any future Intranet or SharePoint project!

    The Fresh team delivers exactly what they promise: a fresh approach to ensure that your message doesn’t get lost in the world of communication overload. I briefed Fresh to create an engaging communication campaign for the launch of a new intranet site designed to help embed a common language and practice amongst our 700-strong marketing community. Fresh responded to the brief with a creative route that was spot on in terms of both the messaging and desired tone of voice. The theme was brought to life using a range of mechanics across both digital and traditional media, a mix that definitely helped to drive cut through. And the team went the extra mile to ensure that the digital mechanics worked as they were intended to and that the physical materials arrived at the designated addresses at the right time – no mean feat when you are dealing with countries as diverse as China, Argentina and Turkey. Marketers are a tough bunch to impress: they’re always striving to be one step ahead in the communications game and invariably believe that they have been there and done it all before. So it was gratifying to hear a number of them spontaneously praise the launch campaign. Better still, I am sure that the creative campaign was the key reason for the extremely high traffic we generated to the site: almost 2,000 visits in the first month. Since then, Fresh has ensured that we built on this early momentum with new copy for newsletters, articles and surveys.
